What we collect
When you submit an order we collect: name, phone and WhatsApp numbers, email, delivery address, your notes, and the images you upload. We collect no payment data because the site takes no payments.
How we use it
Your data is used exclusively to review the order, contact you, produce the piece, and deliver it. No marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Uploaded images
Your images and designs are private: stored securely, visible only to authorised studio staff, and used solely to produce your order. They are never shown in any gallery or public page without your written permission.
Who sees your data
Customer data is visible only to authorised admins in the dashboard. We never sell or share data with third parties, except the delivery company (name, address and phone only).
Retention & deletion
We keep order records for follow-up and guarantees. You can request a copy of your data, or its permanent deletion, at any time.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, or object to any use of your data. Write to us and we respond within a few working days.
