Everything people ask before ordering — honestly
There is no online payment at all. You submit the order, we review it, contact you to confirm the final price, then agree on payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer, or local payment apps.
Ready shirts take 2–5 working days, embroidery 5–7. Custom paintings vary by size and style — we confirm the date before starting, and we keep it.
Yes — on the “Custom order” page. Upload up to 6 images, choose print, embroidery or painting, and write your instructions. Your images stay private and are never displayed anywhere.
Everywhere. Self pick-up from the Haifa studio is possible by appointment. Delivery cost depends on the area and is included when we confirm the price.
Ready pieces can be exchanged within 7 days in original condition. Custom pieces are made just for you so they can’t be returned — but we send progress photos and never close an order before you’re happy.
A5, A4 and A3 as standard, plus any custom size in centimetres. Frames: natural wood or black metal — or none.
Yes, with enough lead time: usually two weeks for 10+ pieces. Message us the details and quantity for a custom quote.
Every piece is hand-wrapped in kraft paper and thread — with a small handwritten card if you like. Add the dedication in your order notes.
